From scan to fitting, in one line.

The studio records every change as an event, so the case file shows who did what, and when.

  1. You

    Scan

Upload the scan as STL, OBJ or PLY. The studio checks the file and says what it found.

  2. You

    Design

Rectify, lay the trimline and enter the wall, or shape the insoles foot by foot.

  3. You

    Approve

Your signature makes the design final. Approving is free.

  4. Us

    Price

We send one price for the part. You accept it, or you do not.

  5. Us

    Make

Printed on our farm, finished, checked and packed for the clinic.

  6. You

    Fit

The part arrives at the clinic. You fit it and close the case.

Manufacturing

Made on machines we build, in a material we developed.

We design our own printers, measure every print profile on the machine that uses it, and record which machine made each part.

Sockets: our own carbon-fibre composite

Definitive sockets are printed in a foamed carbon-fibre polyamide we developed ourselves, with metal inserts for the adapter bolts. Check sockets for the fitting trial come from the same limb and the same trimline.

Insoles: TPU 95A, per foot

Each foot is printed to the stiffness you prescribe, with the clinic and the patient engraved in the sole, so a pair carries the name it was made for.

Prices per part. Nothing per seat.

Prices exclude VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is included.

The volume price follows the number of parts of that kind you order in a calendar month. Designing, approving and every revision are free. There is no licence, seat fee or subscription.

Try it for a month, free.

We set up the software in an afternoon, train your team and make your first parts free. At the end of the month, you decide.

Other ways to get the same part.

Most clinics choose between a software licence, a printer of their own and a central lab. Each solves half the problem.

Route A CAD licence A printer of your own A central lab Avesta
Up front A licence, often thousands of euros a year About €25,000 for an insole printer, plus its material Nothing Nothing
Who designs You You, in separate software The lab, often from a catalogue shape You, with every value in view
Who makes it A manufacturer you find yourself Your team, running the machine The lab, at its own pace We do, on our own farm
Per part The manufacturer's price Material, machine time and failed prints The lab's price From €45 an insole pair, €120 a check socket, €340 a definitive socket

Figures for the other routes are typical market prices in the Netherlands, not quotes.

The clinical decisions stay yours.

Avesta Studio is design software. It measures and it builds what you ask for. It is written so that the decisions that belong to a practitioner cannot drift into the software.

You enter the wall.

A socket's wall thickness is typed by you, or comes from a recipe you name. The studio checks it after the build and never fills it in.

Nothing moves without your signature.

You sign each step. The optional assistant shows what it measured and what it proposes, with the source, and applies nothing on its own.

It measures. It does not diagnose.

The studio does not diagnose, prescribe or approve a fit. Those are yours, and the software is built so they stay that way.

An estimate is called an estimate.

The structural figure is an analytical estimate, not finite element analysis. It is never a substitute for physical testing to ISO 10328.

Your patients' data stays yours.

You remain the controller, and we process data under a data processing agreement. An order sends us the approved design and the patient's name.

Where we stand with the MDR.

Classification of Avesta Studio under the EU Medical Device Regulation has not yet been confirmed by a regulatory assessor, and we will not tell you it has.

Questions clinics ask first.

Do we need a printer or a licence?

No. Designing is free, there is no licence and no seat fee, and we make the part. If you would rather have it made elsewhere, you download the files for a fee.

Which devices can we design today?

Transtibial sockets, as check sockets and as definitive sockets, and insole pairs. All three can be ordered from us now.

Which scans does it read?

Socket Studio reads STL, OBJ and PLY scans of the limb or of a plaster cast. Insole Studio works from the shoe size and the weight, and can add a 3D foot scan and the archive of a supported pressure plate.

Where does our data go?

The studio runs on your own computer today, and an EU-hosted service is in preparation. When you order a part we receive the approved design and the patient's name, under a data processing agreement. Pressure archives and 3D foot scans are analysed in memory and never stored.

Which languages does it speak?

Dutch, German, English and Persian. Typed instructions to the assistant are understood in all four.

How is a part priced?

From the price list on this page. The volume price follows how many parts of that kind you order in a calendar month, and every order gets one price from us before anything is made.

What does the pilot include?

A month of the software, set up in an afternoon, a training session for your team, and your first parts free.

See it on your own scan.

Send us a scan before the call and we will design on it with you. Twenty minutes, screen shared.

Or start the free pilot straight away: we set everything up with you.
